Summary:
tzdata enhancement update

A new tzdata package that updates Daylight Saving Time observations for
Argentina is now available.

Description:
The tzdata package contains data files with rules for various time zones
around the world.

This updated package addresses the following change to Daylight Saving Time
(DST) observations:

* Argentina does not enter DST on October 18. (BZ#529427, BZ#529497, BZ#529677)

All users, especially those in the locale affected by these time changes
and users interacting with people or systems in the affected locale, are
advised to upgrade to this updated package, which adds this enhancement.

You may address the issues outlined in this advisory in two ways:

     - select your server name by clicking on its name from the list
       available at the following location, and then schedule an
       errata update for it:

Changing Notification Preferences

and navigate from "Your RHN" / "Your Account" to the "Preferences" tab.

the system's package profile by running *one* of the following commands as root 
on that system:

 * 'up2date -p' (on Enterprise Linux systems prior to RHEL5)
 * 'rhn-profile-sync' (on Enterprise Linux 5 or later)
